Replacement for PD10-0025.
Material: PA2200
approx.weight: 13g (approx. 10g weight saving)

Another idea I had so who feels like a bunnyrabbit go order it and test it.
This will NOT fit with the original Aluminum Headstock, it is intended for the
Headstock I also offer here.
Its one piece so you only need to order one per bike ;-).
Should reduce the twist in the fork that sometimes occurs after a crash.
It has less weight than the standard Aluminum bits.

Please keep in mind that these parts are PROTOTYPES.

This is a NEW Part!
Material: PA2200
approx.weight: 3g

Another idea I had so who feels like a bunnyrabbit go order it and test it.
This should fit any 2mm thick Brake Disc.
This Part is intended to guide the Brake Disc. It limits the sideways movement of the Disk to
about 0.5mm. Some drivers experienced that the Disc locks the brake under certain circumstances.
It should tightly fit onto the pins if not you will have to use some glue..

Please keep in mind that these parts are PROTOTYPES.

May I introduce HAAFIS & HAARIS two of my best friends at the moment.

You need two right hands and some sense of humor to assemble this correctly.
I will not be explaining much more than the below.
If you are not sure what this is about then stop reading NOW.

They only fit on the Thunder Tiger SB5 rims.
They are bloody expensive.
They withstand "normal" use.
They will brake in case of a crash.
They are NOT for racing

How to:
A.)Drill 2mm holes into the rims. 3 x 120° per notch are enough.
Later you will fill the inside of the rim notch with CG Glue. I use Loctite 406.
B.)The insert rings "clip" onto the SB5 rims. Unluckally the tolerances vary a bit
on the rims and on the SLS-Inserts. If the rims fall through (mainly the coloured rims)
its not a great deal. Once all comes together and is glued properly it cant misalign
anyway. If it does disturb you then look for SB5 rims that fit better. DONT under
all circumstances glue the insert to the rim : you will get a wobbly tire in the end :(
If the inserts are too small/ rims too big: Heat the inserts (ONLY) in a oven to max.
60°C then they will clip on with ease.
C.)You will need Dia.10 Foam (front) and Dia.12(rear) Foam cords.
The ones I use have a approx. hardness of 40°Shore.
Cut them and glue them to form a ring. "Curlies" will work also.
D.)Coat the inside of the tire with baby powder.
E.)Wipe the tire tongue surfaces clean.
F.)Mount the tires on the Rim/Insert assembly.
G.)Use a tool with a rounded tip to force the tire lip into the groove of the rim.
H.)Glue the outer lip with CG-Glue.
I.)Fill the inside with glue through the holes we drilled at the beginning.
J.)Balance the wheelset if required.

Wheel weight:
Front: approx.110g
Rear: approx.195g

You ~can~ reuse the inserts if youre lucky. But its hard to cut all parts apart without ruining the inserts.
The inserts withstand Acetone. You can carefully cut off the tire and then put it
all together in a Acetone bath over night. The CG will then dissolve.
At least one out of two inserts is cracked after all this work.
Then its ready to be shelved on the dump.
