Although never built, Air Defense Command originally wanted almost 500 to defend the United States. North American Aviation proposed adopting it as an escort to the B-70 Valkyrie bomber.

The Flanker-C is a supermaneuverable, multi-role fighter capable of ten-hour, all-weather, air-to-air and air-to-surface deep-interdiction missions. Over 350 are in service with Russia, China, and other countries.

1/285 Scale F-106 Aircraft

Easy-to-finish model ideal for both wargaming and the aircraft collector. The Su-27 is a long-range, all-weather interceptor and bomber escort with a secondary ground-attack capability. Almost 700 are in use with the Russian and Chinese air forces. Famous for the "cobra" maneuver, the Flanker is roughly comparable to the F-14 and F-15.
