The mechanical rig will allow for "up to" 11 servos to be installed. movements are: 4 independent eyelids, Jaw with independent lip control, smile actuators (removed). The rig is designed to be printed in one whole piece. And the mechanical tolerances have all been designed with in .5mm. All thats needed is to add servos and join up the linkages. Originally designed for a client who requested a large set of animatronic mechanical eyes. The mechanical eye unit features independent eyelid movements, 2 degrees of movement in both eyes (independently) and also 4 servo control outputs for the eyebrows. 12 Standard size Hitec servos can be fitted. The HS-3xx, 4xx, 5xx, 6xx, 54xx, 56xx, and 59xx servos are verified to fit. Note that servos from other manufacturers are not guaranteed (nor likely) to fit if they do not fit the envelopes of non-standard sizes. Please check your inferia servo dimensions before placing an order: :40.6x19.8x37.8mm(1.59x0.77x1.48in) The original design had a casing that the unit fits into. if you decide you wanted to buy this unit you will have to acquire a casing for it.
