Iza Grunberg is a jewellery designer for the IZ4 studio, living and working in Berlin, creating explorative, innovative, beautiful objects working in new processes combining observation, computer assisted modelling and bespoke 3D printing. Before setting up her own studio, Iza developed similar processes working with artist Wim Delvoye developing his world-famous, large scale pieces for institutions like the Louvre (Paris), Sperone Westwater (New York), MONA (Tasmania).
IZ4 studio exists to explore possibilities around the production of precious objects using digital tools in a process that is thoroughly artisanal. The work references the forms of geometries of nature while touching the limits of what is possible technologically. Pieces are offered in limited edition. Bespoke pieces are possible by commission.
