I was attracted to this place as a resource for creating 3d works for 28mm wargaming. Specifically, my love for old fashioned wargaming where it’s all do it yourself and custom armies. This has led me to make a resource where I can create and provide custom parts and full figures for wargamers. The main caveat of my modeling is that I want to produce NEW products at a REASONABLE cost. With individual model costs from traditional publishers rising I'd like to make weapons and accessories accessible to wargamers so they can have a variety of options for modeling.
My goal is not to just support one off products but really make it reasonable to outfit entire units or whole armies with my designs if so desired. And hopefully do so without breaking the bank. While I might reimagine items seen elsewhere occasionally I’d really like to produce things that haven’t been seen before allowing modelers to really customize their units.
The models here represent customs that either I have wanted to purchase or which fellow gamers have asked for and never had provided. If you have requests or ideas send me a request via Shapeways private messaging or at Dynath@gmail.com. Otherwise visit my blog dynath.blogspot.com for my latest projects.
As always your feedback is the best way for me to grow as an artist so I welcome your comments.

the product of my experimentation with sketchup plugins and study of modern weapon designs. A science fiction gun that fits into my existing designs inspired loosely by the Brother Hood of Nod Combat Rifle from Command and Conquer Renegade. The design has multiple barrels in a single sleeve and took some homage from both the FN P90 and Thompson Submachine gun. Shares multiple design elements with my Advanced weapon line.
NOTE: Stand alone design, I won't use it as a base.
the product of my experimentation with sketchup plugins and study of modern weapon designs. A science fiction gun that fits into my existing designs inspired loosely chemical weapon guns from various video games and some transformers weapons from my toy collection. Shares multiple design elements with my Advanced weapon line.
NOTE: I will likely create a proper pistol and sniper rifle with this design and little else.
the product of my experimentation with sketchup plugins and study of modern weapon designs. A science fiction gun that fits into my existing designs inspired loosely by argon laser housings and modern underbarrel camera systems. Shares multiple design elements with my Advanced weapon line.
NOTE: Stand Alone Design, I won't use it as a base.
the product of my experimentation with sketchup plugins and study of modern weapon designs. This design was one of the original prototype bodies I considered for my master gyrojet design. I chose the other instead but this design has nagged me for some time since then as it is still quite good. It is reminiscent of weapons from Mass effect as well as the star trek seties. Shares multiple design elements with my Advanced weapon line.
NOTE: If feedback is favorable I may design mixed additional weapons on this template.

Engineers need tools, all the better if they are giant head sized wrenches and the repairs you're making are beating the enemy's brains in.

In future a shelled version for printing in FUD, possibly a 10 up set, removal or revision of the long wing plates.
A pair of single headed eagle shoulder pads designed for my Legio-Custodes project. They are ideal for officers so I've put them out in a pair to start. If the test prints go well I'll produce a x5 up squad set. I'm worried that the beak and talons will have a wall thickness error on WSF but it will definitely print in FUD.
The thin plastic rods are a feather fringe that mounts under the shoulder pad dropping down low to cover the arms as a decorative element. They are segmented so you can cut them apart and position them to match the figure's pose. It was an element i thought up that I've wanted to do for a while so I added it to this design as it fit it so well.
