I was attracted to this place as a resource for creating 3d works for 28mm wargaming. Specifically, my love for old fashioned wargaming where it’s all do it yourself and custom armies. This has led me to make a resource where I can create and provide custom parts and full figures for wargamers. The main caveat of my modeling is that I want to produce NEW products at a REASONABLE cost. With individual model costs from traditional publishers rising I'd like to make weapons and accessories accessible to wargamers so they can have a variety of options for modeling.
My goal is not to just support one off products but really make it reasonable to outfit entire units or whole armies with my designs if so desired. And hopefully do so without breaking the bank. While I might reimagine items seen elsewhere occasionally I’d really like to produce things that haven’t been seen before allowing modelers to really customize their units.
The models here represent customs that either I have wanted to purchase or which fellow gamers have asked for and never had provided. If you have requests or ideas send me a request via Shapeways private messaging or at Dynath@gmail.com. Otherwise visit my blog dynath.blogspot.com for my latest projects.
As always your feedback is the best way for me to grow as an artist so I welcome your comments.

A pair of techno-fists doing rude hand jestures, talk to the hand, suitable for 28mm sci-fi figured war gaming. Fist requires mounting at the elbo joint. Some assembly required.
Revision History: V0.0: Model uploaded, (believed not-printable) V1.0: Model updated (confirmed printable)
NOTES: As of 5/19/11 I am redoing most of my models to be compliant with the printing requirements of White Strong and Flexable. The Dalek model being the most extensive will see first revision followed by my weapon models. The design errors which make some or all of my models unprintable are not the fault of Shapeways. They are systemic in the scaling and detail level i've been applying to my modeling. I am working to correct this on past models and fix my work process going forward. Look for version updates throughout the next week. Also note that while my models cannot print in White Strong and Flexable they should be printable in Detail materials with their lower wall thickness requirements.

The weapon of choice of the angry marines is the Power Bat. Steel bound wooden fury sheathed in a field of good old fashioned hate... and zero particle ionization... but mostly hate... and some blood... maybe some brain matter.

Ok this has to be one of my more absurd ideas. But hey what can fit better in a british wargame than a hugely popular british past time.

A simple adaptation of the Aztec weapon the Macuahuitl. A traditional warclub with razor sharp obsidian blades around the paremeter. Conquistadors claimed the Macuahuitl could behead horses and penatrate their steel full plate armor. I figured bringing this weapon to the table top was worth the work.

Engineers need tools, all the better if they are giant head sized wrenches and the repairs you're making are beating the enemy's brains in.

A hand marked by a halo. its designed primarily for the Angry Marines to bitchslap the empra's enemies. However its also a good banner topper or iron halo idea for those who want hand themed items. either way, enjoy.
The Angry Marines have an equally angry side arm in the M39-011. Nicknamed the "Bad Day" buy their enemies and allies a like the Angry Marines just call it Wynonna. The M39-011 is a long lived and extremely reliable side arm. An 8 shot gyrojet revolver the M39-011 is as reliable a projectile weapon as it is an effective bludgeoning tool.
Designed for 28mm wargaming. is 24mm in length.
Note: fixed scaling issues
The Ball Vice 6000 is a particularly nasty weapon recorded in imperial ledgers as being exclusively in used by the Angry Marines. Though seemingly less intimidating a single Ball Vice 6000 in the hands of an Angry Marine Sergeant was responsible for the pacification of the Ork hordes of Mecrob 3. Surprisingly when the Angry Marine Sergeant revealed that the Ball Vice 6000 was specifically designed to deliver 6000 tonnes of crushing force specifically testicles the Ork horde was not phased. The ensuing demonstration changed their minds.
Designed for 28mm wargaming. stands 22mm tall.
One of the two legendary power hammer designs wielded by the angriest of Angry Marines. the Smite hammer is forged with adamantium tempered with the blood of a thousand rabid badgers driven mad by constantly tossing rocks at them and playing twilight movies while they try to sleep... basically really really pissed off badgers and badgers are already pretty pissed off. the smite hammer is great for smiting stuff. Best used in pairs for maximum smitage.
Designed for 28mm wargaming. each hammer stands 21mm high.

The fully loaded M39-011 includes bayonet scope and removable stock making a versatile replacement for standard assault weapons.

A unique weapon borne of battle field ingenuity. A simple adamantium weave sack filled with confiscated imperial door knobs and joined to a jury rigged power field generator. The result... carnage...
Designed for 28mm wargaming. stands 13mm tall.
the rocket launchers employed by the Angry Marines aren't terribly different from those of other fighting forces. Their most unique feature tends to be the use of the anti-personel, "chainsaw" rockets. these dasteredly weapons fire a 2 stage rocket which's second stage involves releasing two chainsaws bound together by a long chain. unfortunate targets will often have the rocket's chain wrap around them before meeting the business end of the chain blade.
Designed for 28mm wargames. Stands 41mm tall.
Note: its the wrong scale too. need to revise it.

When simply shooting or smashing, punching or kicking the enemy is not enough the Angry Marines us their bayonets to eviscerate them.

The scope of the M39-011 is a highly effective and accurate tool that most angry marines ignore in favor of charging strait at the enemy and smashing their face in.

The Angry Marine's second hammer design, the Derp Breaker is both a hammer and a hook like weapon used for ripping at limbs. Often used to first pry open enemy tanks, then smash the operator in the head, followed by the severe pumbling of the unfortunate... err... vile enemy of the emperor. Derp Breakers are often employed in force alongside a chain shield.

They say the national past time of Angry Marines... apart from being angry, is base ball. Only man has been brave enough to ask Angry Marines why they like baseball. According to legend he was strangled with his own femur and the issue was never mentioned again. Of course the ubiquitous nature of the power bat is to this day a lasting testament to the Angry Marine's favorite past time... and baseball.
Designed for 28mm wargaming. stands 24mm tall.
Note: update of previous design, slightly beefier body.
If there is anything you can say about Angry Marines it is that they are Angry. If there is anything else you can say it is that they are Men. And as with most men they like to fix things. and what better way to fix the idiots of the universe than hit them with a wrench... Well put a power field generator on the wrench first, duh... idiot.
Designed for 28mm wargaming. each hammer stands 23mm high.
