Custom-designed shoulderpads for use with model soldiers, used for tabletop wargaming. These shoulderpads are compatible with popular wargames miniatures as represented by the pictures. They are 6mm tall and are designed to fit figures that are 3-4cm tall.

I have tested several materials and found that white detail offers the best finish, and is suitable for painting. I have not tested them in frosted detail, but that is also available. The images above show the printed item mounted on a plinth of blue-tack (plasticine is fine) which makes it easier to paint. I used citadel miniatures paints and began with a 50% black-wash base coat, using a large-detail brush. I then applied a dark green colour with highlights, and applied a green glaze. The ridges were then painted chainmail silver mixed with black, and highlighted with a lighter silver and lowlighted with a touch of yellow glaze.

They might arrive with a thin wax gel coating from the printing process, which can be easily removed - first scrape away the excess with a match or cocktail stick, then rub them down with your fingers in water at room temperature. I painted the middle orange and whitened it for some highlights, then I applied lots of red and yellow glaze. The ridges were then coated black and carefully painted dark green - the base coats require a steady hand, but highlighting the ridges is easy because the edges stick out, so I drybrished mine. The spikes were then tipped with silver paint.

A matched pair of Eagle Cufflinks in Steel, to fit men's shirts of all sizes.

The cufflink has an innovative design feature to stop it twisting sideways.
The stem is oval shaped and arcs inwards, following the trim of the shirt.
As a result, they will stay the right way up even when running and jumping!

The cufflinks arrived as pictured, and come with a smooth mottled texture.
The stainless steel is very hard and strong, it does not easily dent or break .
It is entirely solid, and can be sanded and/or polished if you have the tools.

This is half of an ammo crate designed to be used as an objective in popular war-games.

Tested in white detail, printed fine but no pics yet. Fits WH40k Space Marine.

Tested in white detail, and they print absolutely fine. I found a fair amount of support material was stuck in the gaps so be sure to clean them up with a toothbrush or match stick. Remember to paint the models arms before you glue these to your model! Fits Warhammer 40k Marine

Tested in white detail, and some of the stepping detail was lost towards the lower edges. However, it was not difficult to compensate for this with detail highlighting via a touch of paint. In the hands of an above average painter these look really amazing. Fits WH40K Marine

I tested these in white detail, and to be honest I was dissapointed - the spikes were less defined and are a bit too small to paint nicely. I'm posting them up for sale because I've had interest in them, but I don't reccomend you buy this version. Instead if you like them, let me know and I can try to improve the print quality.

In a white detail test print the ridges show some stepping, appearing lightly scratched, it was less noticable after painting. Fits WH40k Space Marine.
