Dice Miniatures Jewellery  Oolite Related  Heraldic

I love sculpting small, practical items. Dice are a particular obsession as the limits of fairness and the materials used pose interesting challenges for me.

I also enjoy replicating spaceships from my favourite game, Oolite, as miniature Airfix-style model kits.

As a programming and design challenge I've also created a small suite of OpenSCAD modules that can help me create bespoke heraldic designs. Basically, you choose the design and I can probably create it for you in a few hours as a pendant, key fob, ear drops or cufflinks. The Ossuary dice pile together skulls with large flat numerals (or pips in the case of the four sided die).

This larger 'spin-down' die is not intended to be rolled, but instead used as a counter, to count life-points down from twenty. Each number is on an adjacent face to make this easy to do.

Other Ossuary Dice:

Set of six dice, fifty (count 'em) skulls.

Twenty sided, from twelve skulls.
Twelve sided, eight skulls with side bones.
Ten sided, with another twelve skulls.
Eight sided, built from six skulls.
Six sided, built from eight skulls.
Four sided, a simple tetrahedral pyramid of skulls.

A useful tool for insulin injecting diabetics.

The eight rotors are used to record insulin dosages at breakfast, lunch, dinner and night. When a high or low BG reading indicates one should adjust the preceding dose, you can record the change on the stik so that it will remind you of the now adjusted dosage the next day.

This model is a prototype, with assembly required. You are welcome to order it, and I'm happy to support purchasers in using the stik, but it is sold as-is and no refunds can be given while this remains a product in development.
