Freezing Rain

Freezing rain is one of the most hazardous forms of precipitation. When liquid rain drops fall through a layer of cold air near the surface, their temperature can drop below freezing and will instantly freeze to whatever cold surface they land on. This makes transportation, and even walking extremely hazardous. The pendant uses the same general design for indicating droplets as the moderate rain pendant, but with extra details added to closely replicate the official symbol's look.
