This is the GCM Racing switch panel for the VTH Interior Kit also available here.
This is only available in the brittle but detailed Frosted Ultra material. As a tiny switch panel, you can make a nicely detailed paint job on this little part and add it to many 1/10 scale model builds for a realistic look.
