Modell 70160-Arm-RT (Part 2)

This model consists of 4 parts: one left and one right arm which are attached with this brooch. Into the brooch can (if desired) be mounted a frame for a gemstone or any other item. This must not exceed 18mm embeded into the frame part 4 (so it always can be easy exchanged) and is best poured with clear Polyacryl what gives a wonderful effect. The best way is, to do this in 2 steps: First fill about 5-10mm of the 2components-acryl add 2 or 3 drops of the hardener and stir this. After its hard enough place the stone as wanted and do the same process again. Keep the stone about half of its size outside the frame for the best appearace. For mounting you just need 2 grub-screws of M3. Due to the productionprocess you may need to redrill  the threaded hole with a screw tap. This can easy be done by yourself or a goldsmith in a few minutes. You also can order decorate screws in my shop, which you can place on top of grub-screws as seen in one of the pictures.
