Rhomdo Transformer is a hybrid of Erik Vergo's
Rhomdo, the
Face-turning Rhombic Dodecahedron by Eithan Cher, and Tony Durham's
Skewb. The puzzle has 16 axes, namely 4 Skewb axes at the core and another 12 axes of the Rhomdo. The interesting aspect of this puzzle is that the outer 12 axes do not have a fixed position. They move around, depending on the state of the inner Skewb. This puzzle
jumbles. Its geometry is similar to Tom van der Zanden's
Helicopter Skewb.
