Cameleon 1&2, Frog and Gecko Front Wheel Spigots &

Now you can repair both broken front wheel spigot locks on your Frog, Gecko and Generation 1 & 2 Cameleons For the Frog and Gecko remove the screw from the top of the wheel. You may find it easier to cut the old spigot off first so you can grip the screw head in a vice and use the wheel body to turn it. Cut the four parts from the joining sprue and sand/file any left over sprue off. Drill out the hole in the base of the new spigot to fit the screw and just screw back on and tap on cap. For the Cameleons 1 & 2 cut off the old spigot with a hack saw or other fine toothed saw. Find a small self tapping screw to fit the base hole and extend out at least 4 mm. Drill 3 mm hole in the center top of your wheel unit. There is only 4 mm of plastic before you hit metal drill another 1 mm in to the metal then fit new spigot with the self tapping screw. Some epoxy glee would give some extra strength
