Product Description
This sprocket wheel is designed to be used in DIY cine film hardware projects. This could become a drive or encoder wheel for any DIY telecine or film scanner device.This 20 tooth sprocket is designed engage with the perforations of Super8 cine film. The sprocket has a central hole to fit tightly on a 5mm motor shaft (with flat).
This has been built and tested to fit on the shaft of an Astrosyn stepper motor.
The small sprocket teeth are very small, we recommend that this model be printed in Frosted UltraDetail Plastic. Other Shapeways materials may work too, but have not been tested.
