Product Description

Prototype for a lightweight fighter powered by an experimental 16-cylinder inverted-V engine from 1940. This aircraft was the ultimate development of a line of French air racers of the 1930s and would probably have delivered good performance but only a limited 'warload' (guns, armour, fuel). The aircraft suffered engine failure on its first flight and had to be destroyed to keep it from being captured by the advancing Germans.

The spherical recess underneath the model is for mounting it on a 4.5mm (.177") BB.
