Pip D20 Dice Set (large)

Compared with numbered dices, pip dices are rather considered as a culture independent random number generator. Beside the most commonly used cubic dice d6, there are also dices with various faces. One of the well known set is D20 system, including d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, and d20. But except for d6, most of the dices are marked with arabic number due to the large number on d12 and d20, and there is no standard pip pattern dice set could be found currently. Here is a trial to provide a uniform pattern and counting rules of pip D20 set.
There are basically 3 counting rules for each dice:

1. Count start from 0
2. The pip (dot) at the center of a face represent for half of the total face number while the corner pips count as 1
3. The top layer, rather than the top face should be counted. For d6, d8, d10, and d12 it equal to the top face, while for d4 and d12, the pips closest to the top corner/face should be counted in as well.

There are also 3 guide lines of designing the patterns of the dices:

1. The counts at opposite faces are complementary
2. There is maximum 1 pip at each corner or center of a face
3. Make the pips in a face as dispersed as possible.

The count of the render image and photo are: d4:2，d6:2，d8:6，d10:9(wrongly placed to 8 in photo), d12:10，d20:13, respectively.
