Product Description
While locating the SA-43, we ran into a major stock pile of SA-37 Endo-Exo Hammerhead Fighters. The SA-37 Endo/Exo-Atmospheric Jet ("Hammerhead") "was" the main-stay of the Marine Corps, until replaced with the upgraded and updated SA-43 Hammerhead fighter. The SA-37 lacks the top 360 turret and has only 2 massive engines. The SA-43 has 4 engines, allowing for greater speed. Their SCRAM engines enable them to fly in an atmosphere and in the almost complete vacuum of space. Following in the modular design of aircraft of the late 20th century, Hammerheads can be adapted for normal combat, search and rescue, and possibly other missions. The canopies of the craft are also detachable allowing docking with space platforms. Systems that are known to exist in the Hammerheads include LIDAR (Laser Infrared Detection And Ranging), HUD (Heads-Up Display) and ODP (Optical Disk Playback). Since the SA-43 came into service, the SA-37's have been used as support fighters and as trainers. But don't think these are any less able. These will still kill your enemy. 1/1000 scale. These measure 11.7m long, 12.6m wide.
