This iPhone 4S holder occurs from 2 sub parts:

1-Main Body

2-Cover Side Transporter

Main body is the part where you place your phone. 

Cover side transporter is the part which carries the load (your phone) and provides physical connection between your laptop's display and your mobile phone.

At the bottom of main body there is a gap for your charger cable. And there is a height to prevent showing charger socket.

Installation: 

-Print two parts (main body and cover side transporter) 

-Get a pair of velcro strips

-Stick one velcro strip to "cover side transporter"

-Stick another strip to your laptop display cover. (Make sure to vertically align them properly)

-Fix two velcro stripped parts to each other (laptop cover+cover side transporter)

-Nest the long part of "main body" with "cover side transporter"
