If you thought for a second that this reminds you of a honey comb you are absolutely right.
A combination of engineering and hardworking honey bees produces honeycomb, the capital feature of the beehive. The advanced structure consists of flat upright hexagonal cells made from secreted beeswax. The honeycomb cells are used to lay and raise queen eggs only.
This spiritual protection pendant is concentrated and interlined by overlapping hexagonal cells, and there are 4 of them – three interlink in the middle creating the fourth. Number 4 is the foundation number reminding us that we must be grounded and cantered within ourselves if we were to ‘step up’ and ‘ascent’. The honeycomb is made out of wax, reminding us that we also need to be flexible and aware of our surroundings and the cause and effect principle in our lives.
