Apollo A7L Glove Tip - PINKIE

There were two pairs of gloves used to support Apollo and Skylab missions: Intravehicular (IV) Gloves and Extravehicular (EV) Gloves. The EV Glove included an IV Glove that was fitted with an outer thermal glove that employed a similar cross section to that of the ITMG. For abrasion and thermal protection, the outer shell was constructed of metal-woven fabric, and the fingertips were fitted with silicone rubber caps. This is a replica of the original silicone rubber cap.
