Dieser leichte Panzer wurde von der Firma Porsche zwischen 1944 und -45 entwickelt. Er sollte mit einer vollautomatischen 55mm Rheinmetal Maschinenkanone mit Gurtzuführung und einer Besatzung vomn 3 Mann ausgerüstet werden. Wurde nicht produziert. 4er Satz.
