1/200 Bell XFL-1 Airabonita

Prototype for a navalised version of the ill-regarded P-39 Airacobra. The project was cancelled after the aircraft failed its carrier qualification trials but it was always unlikely that the USN would accept an aircraft that did not use their preferred radial engines.

The spherical depression under the model is for mounting it on a 4.5mm BB.
