HO 1/87 Horsebox 48' Semi 03

Commissioned by a customer in the USA with a specific interest in Horsebox vehicles, this 48' Horsebox semi trailer carries up to 12 horses. Designed to be used with most HO scale cab or tractor units, the model comes with doors & tailgate which need to be fitted with fine brass wire to create hinges (although they do have a slight friction-fit without the wire). It also has a removeable roof and two removeable ramps. There are eight removeable partitions, which can be positioned to create eight or 12 stalls. There are a set of 'short' jockey wheels too. The model is designed to use the chassis and 'long' jockey legs from the HO Promotex 48' box trailer model. The Promotex chassis 'clip-fits' into the 3D-printed body, as do either set of jockey wheels. The Promotex jockey wheels for when stationary & the 3D-printed set, for when being towed. This version has a 3mm wide centre styling band & two 1.5mm wide outer bands.
