BB45 Colorado[1944]
- after her second late-1944 refit: first was her cut-down cage mainmast replaced with a stump tower structure, virtually identical to sister-ship BB46 Maryland except for presence of aircraft handling rails on the quarterdeck, and old director on mainmast replaced with a Mk34 main battery director.
Requires snips/clippers to remove turrets from under the ship; cut stems to length for hole; and adhesive of choice to affix them. Note #3 turret have 20mm AA stations on the roof.
