Its basic design is easily constructed and such craft are often deployed around settlements to deter raiders. Many trade convoys employ balloon pilots as escorts and the sight of a floating gun battery is often enough to deter would be attackers.

This model is 19mm long with a 2mm hole for mounting. The Gun Balloon is supplied unpainted and without a stand, but is suitable for most commercial flying bases. It is available in a variety of coloured plastics to use as board game pieces, and in white for painting.
