Product Description
One pair of wooden passenger car trucks with 7' wheelbase. A common design for passenger cars, milk and express cars, this truck was popular from about 1880 to the end of wood car construction. Based on a CB&Q No.2 example used 1880s-1920s.
This version mounts with a #0 or #00 screw.
Made for 33" low or standard profile wheelsets. This version is wider than the T52s to accomodate longer axles (Atlas or Fox Valley Models with .553" length axles, other version uses MTs). Others will also fit if they have similar axle length.
Because of their small size and fine detail, Smoothest or Smooth Fine Detail is the preferred material. Clean with soapy water or alcohol before painting. Use Bestine rubber cement remover if particularly greasy. Part Number T52sa
