1/100 T-86/KVS-2 Hull, No Turrets

A half-scale, modernised version of the JN-129, the T-86 Fortress Tank could be armed with a multitude of weapons in the main turret, and the corners could be easily taken apart to fit corner turrets armed with 75-mm cannons. This was the heaviest tank to see service in the SRA, and the original intent was to build each tank division around a T-86. However, with the enormous numbers of tanks in the SRA and the high production cost of the T-86, the Fortress Tank never realised its true potential on the battlefield. By the time that the T-86 project was completed, another fortress tank, the KVS, was already in service, and the production version of the T-86 was redesignated KVS-2. This particular model does not have any corner turrets; I am still trying some various assembly methods. Even when I finish the multi-turret model, this model will remain up for anyone interested. By the way, all of the T-86 chassis variants will be like my KV chassis, and not include a main turret.
