Dual 18650 Body

Mod enclosure to hold 2 x 18650 batteries in parallel and authentic Evolv DNA20, DNA25 DNA30, DNA40. Designed to use on-board switches of the DNA board, this minimizes the amount of soldering and wire routing you will have to do. 22mm spring loaded 510 connector from VariTube (although others should fit) The hole is 9 millimetres and should be filed/reamed out and secured from inside with the nut on the connector (material too thin to tap).This design has the battery holders printed directly on the body but you will need to get 4 battery contacts from any Keystone 1042/1048/1049 as these will need to be cut as shown in photo. You might have to compress the connector to stop body flexing. The Evolv board clips in when the top edge is flexed. The hole for the Fire Button needs to be filed/reamed out before fitting. As this is a first attempt at 3D printing the products you receive will require a little sanding or filing for the precise fitment required by these devices.
