Product Description
A simple charging board mount that uses screws to hold the Evolv Micro-USB charging board. The required case opening is 18.5 by 6.7 millimeters. The outer flange is 1 millimeter thick with a filet edge and is 22.5 by 10.7 millimeters which provides 2 millimeters of overhang on each side to cover your cut into your case and provide a surface for bonding. The clamp is joined to the base with a small sprue that must be trimmed away before installation. This was done as a cost saving measure.
You will need 2 thread forming screws to secure the charging board. Minimum suggested length is 3/16" but you could also use the 1/4".
The screws are a T5 Torx drive so make sure you have the appropriate Torx screwdriver.
