This model is sized such that the inside diameter of the bracelet is 67 mm (2.6 inches) which is equal to a length of 210 mm (8.25 inches). Just 8 mm thick ( 5/16th of an inch). This bracelet is designed to have some springiness and flexibility. It twists and bends easily. This bracelet does not have a clasp. Size it like you would a bangle. Measure your wrist where you will wear the bracelet. Also, measure the largest part of your hand where the bracelet needs to pass over. If the standard White Strong and Flexible material is a little too rough for you, try the polished versions that come in white or color.
