Barbeto Drive 2-to-1

Barbeto Drive 2-to-1 is an invention by Marcio Barbeto. It is a right-angle two-to-one reduction that does not use gears. Instead the drive has a sphere with grooves and some pins that follow the grooves. It is not clear whether this drive has any advantages over classical bevel gears.
