Sleet

Sleet, known as ice pellets outside the U.S., are small ice crystals that often begin as snowflakes that partially melt, then refreeze before reaching the surface. They should not be confused with hail, which is caused by layers of water freezing onto an icy core. The design of the official symbol is appealing in its simplicity, so I carried that over to this pendant's design.
