The 22 Fruitbowls design offers you an innovative way to store and present fruit. Each fruit has a bowl of his own.
It offers advantages when you like your fruit to stay longer fresh, your children to have more fun eating fruits and a fruit bowl occupying minimal space on the kitchen counter.
Personally I enjoy eating delicious, healthy fruit. Unfortunately stacking them on a pile makes fruit decay quicker compared to when they didn’t touch one other. I like them fresh best, so, I gave each fruit a small bowl of their own to prevent them touching one other. It presents them also more valuable and it’s fun to fill the 22 Fruitbowls, especially for my kids. As willing assistants they help to show it to you in a film of the 22 Fruitbowls
A second thing that I really want to improve is to reduce the footprint of a fruit bowl. Space is precious on a kitchen counter where it competes with an espresso machine, bread bin and toaster. If a product occupies to much space horizontally, you can go in the air, vertically, by adding a second layer.
The 22 Fruitbowls design is inspired by branch- like shapes in nature and therefor amazingly strong. Printed in WSF (Nylon) it can hold up to 7 kg. or 15 lbs. On top of the 22 pieces of fruit, even more heavy fruit can be piled up like banana’s and mango’s. It’s lightweight and has it’s full strength when positioned on a horizontal surface. The product is 3D printed by melting powder layer by layer. Before you use the 22 Fruitbowls for the first time, I advise to wash off powder residue left in the hollow tubes of the design.
We use the 22 Fruitbowls for over a year now, it survived thorough testing of my kids and we are happy with it.
