A new version of the Lightning Adapter for Apple's Universal Dock with 1.5mm extra clearance behind AND 3.0mm below for cases. WARNING: I have not personally tested this design, but has been created to satisfy a request for cases with thick bottoms (on the connector side). By removing 3mm of material on the bottom, Apple's 30-pin to lightning adapter will stick up 3mm. Before purchasing, make sure your case is only 1.5mm thick or less on back and 3.0mm thick or less on bottom, AND has a hole large enough for Apple's adapter to protrude through to the bottom of the phone.
