Pinch blepharoplasty marking forceps v.2

This unique instrument is used to determine the amount of excess eyelid skin (upper or lower) and using the flat platform with a surgical marker, the "pinch" marks transfer to the skin. The rounded ball tip allows for gentle skin grasping without discomfort. A ruler is built-in to the handle to measure the eyelid crease or other anatomic dimensions. Can be used as a pair. Because the stainless steel 3d printing process leaves the surface with small bumps that prevent uniform transfer of the markings, it is suggested to use fine grade emery paper before first using to smooth the platforms inside the forceps. While the steel can withstand steam sterilization, it is recommended to use cold sterilization because surface oxidation has been observed after autoclaving the forceps. Alternatively, they can be used for pre-operative markings before patient is sterile.
