Product Description
I present the Ring VI; designed to hold six 2x6mm tritium vials (not included) in two cavities across the ring's face.
This model has been designed for printing in either Silver, Brass, Bronze, Gold, or Platinum if you're feeling adventurous, but as the pictures suggest; Silver was the material I had in mind when designing it.

The ring is made up of two pieces, which are joined in the printed model and will require separating before assembly. As well as the six tritium vials, an M2 tap and three M2x8mm socket head screws are required (not included).

The sizing of this ring model is 23mm internal diameter, a UK Z+3 (US 14).
However it can be scaled up indefinitely and scaled down by a few sizes.
If you would like a specific size then please send me a message or post the request below. I can do half and even quarter sizes if needed.

The tritium vials should be set using a UV activated optically clear adhesive such as Norland 61 or Loctite glass bond. These adhesives will cure in direct sunlight in an hour or so.

This ring is just one of many Tritium Ring designs I have created. The rendered pictures show the various rings that I can make available. As well as selling the ring bodies on Shapeways, I can also offer fully assembled tritium rings, with the full range of vial colour options (green, yellow, orange, red, purple, deep blue, ice blue and white), set using Norland adhesive. So please contact me if any of the other designs take your fancy, or you would like an assembled ring.

There are some more photos of this object and other examples of my work, both 3D printed and otherwise, on my 'Tofty' facebook page.
