Product Description

French army cooperation aircraft from the 1950s the development of which was sponsored by WW2 ace Pierre Clostermann. The Brouusard (lit. Man of the Bush) saw action during the Algerian independence struggles where it was fitted with under floor armour. A few examples are still flying in private ownership. It has been described as the lovechild of an Avro Lancaster and a de Haviland Beaver or more prosaically as similar to flying a French railway carriage.

The spherical recess underneath the model is for mounting it on a 4.5mm (.177") BB.

Revised (4-Oct-2013) with slightly thicker wing tips to reduce printing issues.
