The Harbin WZ-19 Hei Xuan Feng "Black Whirlwind" is a light scout / attack helicopter under development for the Chinese People's Liberation Army. It is derived from a licence-built version of the Eurocopter AS 365 Dauphin. It is also intended as a shipboard helicopter for the Chinese Navy.
