About this Product

1:300th scale trucked PMS bridging set: a set of four centre sections plus a river bank section; five T-138 trucks to transport them; a T-138 Vozovky track-layer, an SP-5 boat trailer, and a two MO-634 boats - one in the water, one out of the water. Real-life PMS bridging companies typically had 32 centre sections, 4 river bank sections, 4 track-layers, and 8 or 12 boats/tugs to move the pieces into position. The PMS was manufactured in Czechoslovakia, and was similar to the Soviet PMP system; it was introduced in the 1960s. Later versions used different trucks (T-813; T-815; the latter is still in production, and I have a model set covering it). The photo shows a set printed out in the cheapest (WSF) plastic, and then painted and based by myself. WSF is good enough for most wargaming purposes; obviously, the more expensive plastics will give better looking results.
