A crystal or crystalline solid is a solid material whose constituent atoms, molecules, or ions are arranged in an orderly repeating pattern extending in all three spatial dimensions described by classical physics theories: from a particular point in space, the basic directions in which we can move are up/down, left/right, and forward/backward.
Glass, however, is a non-crystalline, amorphous solid material. Both components of this ring have been created using 3D printed black glass, and designed in the likeness of a naturally formed crystal. This is the first design we have that utilises
3D printed glass.
This ring is made using
3D Printing.technology.
It will be available in a range of materials, but initially in a combination of
stainless steel and
black glass.
It is available in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL. -
