These bases are meant for attaching any kind of scenery or lamp to the tracks. The bit that sticks out is 2 cm by 2 cm and hollow. When printed in Strong and Flexible, the surface is similar to the track surface. The clips are a litttle less rigid than the red connector clips.
The bases come connected, and will require clippers to separate.
