About this Product
Design study from 1942 for a fast bomber/ground attack aircraft intended to outpace the de Havilland Mosquito. Like the Mosquito it was not planned to carry any guns when configured as a bomber relying on its speed for defence.
Modelling Note: I can't make the published dimensions for this aircraft fit with the available plans. The model has the correct wingspan but I've fudged the length.
The old Crimson Skies setting had an aircraft called the 'Warhawk' with the same configuration as the 170 and the metal model (heavy & undersize) is still available.
