About this Product

4cm version with Annotation embossing. This sculpture represents two individual combined xz/yz-scans (split along the z-axis = optical axis) of a confocal microscope recording the forward scattered signal of a focused (NA1.4) x-polarized TEM00 635nm laser beam from single 60nm gold nano particle by a NA08 and NA03 detection objective, respectively. The left-most scan shows the focal electromagnetic field intensity distribution (the point-spread-function, PSF).
