About this Product

Just a weird idea I came up with. Take a lab eagle and 2 standard eagles without engines or cockpits, place them out on the moon away from the base. Presto, instant field base. Or they could even be used as a small colony type setup using multiple sets of these. Or as a mining camp on some asteroid. Or even as an emergency shelter on the far side of moon.

By using the Heavy Lift Eagle with these pieces. You could put a base camp up on anything, or anywhere. The 2 standard eagle units go on the ends of the lab eagle unit. The lab eagles airlock pieces become the complex's only real entry and exits. Which makes the standard eagle units the living quarters of the complex.

I closed up all of the end sections, added 2 pins off the lab section and created mounting holes on each end of the standard units for easy setup, so they should be a tight fit up next to each other. I also removed the side hatches off of the standard eagle pods. I figured with the lab eagle pod becoming the primary airlocks in and out, that the Lab Eagle could dock right up too it. Or a ladder could be extended from the airlocks so personal could enter from ground level. Ok, that's my idea for these. I used my Spacer1999 Eagle set to make these. So they are the same width and height and length as a stock Eagle. Minus the cockpit and engines. I also removed the landing engines from the bottom.
