PEIR S Scale Booking Station Window Set

This set includes the windows for the Prince Edward Island Railway/ CNR 1904 Standard Booking Station. For reference, the large 6/6 single windows scale out to 86" tall X 48" wide over the trim. These stations were built at eight locations on the Murray Harbour branch in 1905: Hazelbrook, Vernon, Vernon River, Grandview, Melville, Wood Islands, Murray River, and Murray Harbour. A station was built at Montague Bridge in 1906, and a slightly modified station was built at Elmira, the easternmost point on the PEIR, in 1911. The last of its type built, Elmira had a high window on the baggage room end. The others were all built with a blank baggage room end wall and three brackets.
