Deca Decanter

This wine decanter needs special prototyping to ensure wall symmetry, hole measurements and maximum dynamics on all the angles interactions. This will provide both visual appeal as well as adequate airflow to the spirits. The prototype to be done in Form 1 and will be used to adjust or validate design ideals and to a finalize a Shapeways print in Ceramics. This material is time consuming and expensive to use for prototypes so the Form 1 is a must for final fit and polish. The Shapeways ceramic materials will provide a final smooth, chill-able and interesting dining centerpiece and conversational item. Matching candlesticks, stem ware and other items will be followup designs using the contest money and Form 1 printer. Thanks for your consideration
