A double gatling weapons bit, intended for Viper Suits from Rebel Minis, but compatible with all 1/8" ball and socket mounting hardpoints.
The Elbow mount gives you greater poseability and a wider variety of mounting angles vs. a flat-mount that is meant for a turret or fixed hardpoint.
