SPRO mk2 for C size Eestes Engine

NOTE: UNTESTED AS OF YET, FLY AT OWN RISK This is the second version of the SPARROW MKI, renamed SPRO MKII. Designed for the Estes C size rocket engine: L = 70mm, DIAMETER = 17.5mm. This rocket has several design improvements over the original MKI. More room for parachute, more heat resistant design, stronger body, external para cord tie off restraint (to avoid ejection change melting cord), shorter stronger fins and a temporary ring to hold the fins in place during initial transport.
