Gen. Tailgate (IDW Version) Chestplate

Clip-on chestplate for use with Generations Nightbeat (or indeed any version of that mould), to give the figure a chest based on everyone's favourite waste- er, bomb disposal technician from the IDW comics, Tailgate.

The kit will work with both the stock figure and my own "height increase" kit (sold separately), and the two items are kept independent so you can use one without having to buy the other if money's tight (also, since Tailgate is supposed to be short)!

To apply the chestplate:

Slot the clips at the top over the top of the stock figure's chest, then push the peg on the back of the chestplate into the notch at the bottom of the chest. When removing the chestplate (it needs to come off for transformation), pull forward at the bottom, first.

Note:

This item does not include the original toy or the add-on head, which are shown in the pics for illustrative purposes only (head sold separately).

Also, due to the way the polishing process works, the chestplate may sit a little loosely on the stock figure's chest. This is easily fixed by simply bending down the clips at the top of the chestplate, so they grip better; for extra security, you can also thicken the peg at the bottom of the chest, slightly (using superglue, nail varnish, or a thin sliver of card glued on, along the top edge of the peg).
