Real 6x6x6 - Part 1 of 3

This puzzle is built from three Shapeways models. You would need to order
-1x core set --- THIS
-2x hollow pieces
for the complete set of pieces to build this puzzle.

Real 6x6x6 was proposed by Carl Hoff. It uses the 4x4x4 Framed Cube as basis, adding one more layer of cubies around it. Carl calls this puzzle "real", as the player does not only have to solve the outer pieces of a regular 6x6x6 cube, but also the 4x4x4 inside it, and the 2x2x2 inside that. Carl Hoff designed and built several versions of a Real 5x5x5.
